Abstract

Glavna usredotočenost ovog diplomskog rada je prikaz načina korištenja betona u dekorativne svrhe. Govorit će se općenito o betonu s obzirom da je to najkorišteniji materijal za gradnju i prisutan je gotovo svugdje i na koje načine i uz koju tehnologiju ga se moţe učiniti zanimljivijim i kreativnijim. Prikazuje se problem shvaćanja betona kao primarno graĎevnog materijala, a i pokazuju se rješenja kako od betona napraviti mnogo više. U radu će se prikazati kako beton zbog svojih svojstava moţe biti zamjena za mnoge druge materijale i to uz korištenje prilično jednostavnih postupaka.

Abstract (english)

The main focus of this master’s thesis is to show the usage of concrete for decorative purposes. Concrete will be discussed in general, given that it is the most used building material and is present almost everywhere and how to make it more interesting and creative. The problem of concrete being dull will be shown and how we can make much more of it. The paper will show how concrete due to its properties can be a replacement for many other materials with use of very simple methods.
