Abstract

U završnom radu istaknuta je razlika između proračuna temeljenog na teoriji elastičnosti i teoriji plastičnosti. Objašnjeni su ključni pojmovi kao što su Prandtlov model idealnog elasto-plastičnog materijala, faktor oblika, plastični zglob te uvjet plastičnosti koji mora biti ispunjen kako bi došlo do plastičnih deformacija. Nadalje, prikazane su plastifikacije poprečnog presjeka ovisno o tipu opterećenja, uključujući čisto savijanje, savijanje silama te savijanje uz uzdužnu silu. Također su istraženi utjecaji zaostalih naprezanja koja se javljaju pri rasterećenju tijekom savijanja. Riješena su dva numerička primjera proračuna konstrukcije prema teoriji plastičnosti.

Abstract (english)

This thesis has highlighted the difference between calculation based on elasticity theory and plasticity theory. Key concepts such as Prandtl's model of an ideal elasto-plastic material, the shape factor, plastic joint and the condition of plasticity that must be met in order for plastic deformations to occur are explained. In addition, cross-sectional plastic deformations are shown depending on the type of loading, including pure bending, bending with forces and bending with longitudinal force. The effects of residual stresses that occur during unloading in bending have also been studied. Two numerical examples of design according to the theory of plasticity were solved.
