Abstract

Potres je prirodna pojava koja svojim djelovanjem uzrokuje oštećenja konstrukcija, a u nekim slučajevima može doći i do rušenja čitave konstrukcije. Zidane konstrukcije posebno su osjetljive na djelovanje potresa zbog nedovoljne otpornosti na horizontalno opterećenje uzrokovano potresnim djelovanjem. An earthquake is a natural phenomenon that causes damage to structures, and in some cases it can even lead to the collapse of the entire building. Masonry structures are particularly prone to damage caused by earthquakes due to insufficient resistance to horizontal loads caused by earthquakes.
