Abstract

Diplomski rad je dio projekta rekonstrukcije Hrvatskog muzeja arhitekture u Zagrebu. Projekt se sastoji od diplomskih radova više studenata Građevinskog fakulteta. Glavni zadatak, osim izrade projekta rekonstrukcije muzeja, je da studenti kroz izradu diplomskog rada nauče raditi u timu i surađivati s kolegama drugih struka.
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je planiranje i praćenje izrade BIM modela zgrade Hrvatskog muzeja arhitekture u ArchiCAD-u za potrebe rekonstrukcije zajedno s BIM planom izvršenja koji čine prvi dio rada. Nadalje, u drugom dijelu, izrađen je detaljni troškovnik te 4D i 5D model za vremensko planiranje u programu Vico Office.
U zadnjem dijelu rada prikazani su rezultati i greške koje bi u sljedećim projektima trebalo izbjeći.

Abstract (english)

This master thesis is a part of project reconstruction of the Croatian museum of architecture in Zagreb. Project consists of several students master thesis from Faculty of Civil engineering. The main task, in addition to reconstruction of museum, is for students to learn through making of this master thesis how to work in team and cooperate with colleagues from other professions.
This master thesis comprises making of BIM model in ArchiCAD for the needs of reconstruction Croatian museum of architecture in Zagreb together with BIM execution plan that forms first part of this master thesis. Furthermore, in the second part, a detailed bill and 4D model for time planning in Vico Office were made.
The last section of thesis shows results and following mistakes that should be avoided in next project.
