Abstract

Cilj diplomskog rada bio je istražiti načine i principe poslovanja građevinskog poduzeća Tehnika d.d., prikazati trenutnu poslovnu strategiju te ciljeve i planove za budućnost poduzeća. U prvom dijelu teoretski je objašnjen koncept strateškog menadžmenta te njegovu svrhu i značaj kroz funkcije i vrste strategija poslovanja. Nadalje su analizirani i prikazani podaci o građevinskoj industriji u Hrvatskoj te mogućnosti primjene strateškog menadžmenta upravo za građevisnka poduzeća. Kao studija slučaja odabrano je hrvatsko građevinsko poduzeće Tehnika d.d., koja već 77 godina, uz određene izazove tijekom vremena, uspješno posluje i djeluje na brojnim građevinskim projektima diljem Hrvatske. Analizirana su financijska izvješća poduzeća, koja nakon uspješno provedene predstečajne nagodbe, pokazuju sve bolje rezultate. Na kraju je obavljena i strateška analiza poslovanja poduzeća u kojemu je prikazan Balanced Scorecard alat za oblikovanje i upravljanje provedbe strategije poduzeća te su izrađene SWOT i PEST analiza u kojima su prikazana postojeća stanja, željena stanja te aktivnosti i inicijative koje će pomoći pri ostvarivanju zacrtanih ciljeva.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this thesis was to explore the ways and principles of the construction firm Tehnika d.d., as well as to show the company's current business strategy, goals, and plans for the future. The first section conceptually explains the concept of strategic management, as well as its purpose and relevance, using business strategy functions and types. Furthermore, statistics on the Croatian construction sector, as well as the potential for applying strategic management particularly to construction enterprises, were analysed and presented. Tehnika d.d., a Croatian construction company, was chosen as a case study because it has been successfully functioning and working on numerous construction projects around Croatia for the past 77 years, despite certain challenges. The companies financial records were examined, and the results have improved significantly since the effective execution of the pre-bankruptcy settlement. Finally, a strategic analysis of the company's operations was performed, which included the presentation of the Balanced Scorecard tool for designing and managing the implementation of the company's strategy, as well as SWOT and PEST analyses that revealed the current conditions, desired conditions, and activities and initiatives that will aid in the achievement of the set goals.
