Abstract

Diplomski rad dio je projekta koji se naziva Zajednički diplomski rad. Projekt je zamišljen kao zajednički diplomski rad studenata s različitih smjerova diplomskog studija Građevinskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Glavni cilj projekta je da se potakne suradnja, nauči raditi u timu te da studenti savladaju nove vještine koje nisu direktno vezane za njihovo usmjerenje, ali su bitne za rad u budućnosti. Ovaj diplomski rad obuhvaća cjelokupni projekt obnove zgrade Hrvatskog muzeja arhitekture, koja se vodi kao kulturna baština Republike Hrvatske. Prvi dio rada se odnosi na preliminarni i detaljni pregled dokumentacije i zgrade u cilju ocjene stanja građevine. Preliminarnim pregledom obuhvaćen je pregled postojeće dokumentacije i vizualni pregled građevine, a detaljnim pregledom dodatna terenska ispitivanja provedena u cilju utvrđivanja svojstva materijala i konstrukcije. U drugom dijelu rada definirano je projektno rješenje sanacije uz detaljan opis faza radova, uvjeta kvalitete podloge i materijala za pojedine vrste radova te troškovnik za cjelokupni projekt obnove.

Abstract (english)

This master's thesis is a part of a project called ''Joint master thesis''. The project is pictured as a joint master thesis made by students of Faculty of Civil Engineering at University of Zagreb. The project's objective is co-operation among students of different fields of civil engineering; teamwork skills improvement and gaining insight into other fields of civil engineering, which should help them in future work. This master's thesis covers the entire reconstruction of the building of the Croatian Museum of Architecture, entitled under protection of cultural heritage. First part of thesis includes preliminary and detailed inspections needed for the condition assessment of the building. Preliminary inspection included the study of existing documentation and visual inspection, while detailed examination was performed to determine characteristics of materials and structure. The second part of thesis defines solutions of the reconstruction project, with detailed description of phases of the activities, as well as conditions for the quality of substrate and materials for each type of activity and the cost estimation for the entire reconstruction project.
