Abstract

U predmetnom završnom radu usporeðivati će se izdavanje graðevinske dozvole u Republici Hrvatskoj, i Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu. Navesti će se područje primjene zakona o gradnji, situacije u kojima nije potrebno izdavanje graðevinske dozvole, te na kraju opisati sam postupak izdavanja graðevinske dozvole po hrvatskim zakonima, i zakonima Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva. Zatim slijedi usporedni prikaz sustava u te dvije zemlje i na kraju zaključak te popis literature. Svi navedeni podatci su potkrijepljeni relevantnim izvorima, te su u nekim situacijama korištene tablice i dijagrami kako bi se čitatelju na što efikasniji način prikazala problematika kojom se ovaj završni rad bavi.

Abstract (english)

This final paper will compare the issuance of building permits in the Republic of Croatia and the United Kingdom. The area of application of the construction law, situations in which the issuance of a construction permit is not required will be stated, and finally the procedure for issuing a construction permit under Croatian law and the laws of the United Kingdom will be described. This is followed by a comparative overview of the system in the two countries and finally a conclusion and a list of references. All the above data are supported by relevant sources, and in some situations tables and diagrams were used in order to present to the reader in the most efficient way the issues that this final paper deals with.
