Abstract

U ovome radu obrađuju se fizikalna svojstva zgrade i ukazuje se na njihovu važnost tijekom projektiranja zgrade. Kako bi zaštitili zgradu od negativnih utjecaja fizikalnih procesa, potrebno je njihovo poznavanje. Fizikalni procesi koji se odvijaju unutar zgrade ili na njihovoj površini mogu se svrstati u tri grupe: prolaz topline, prolaz vode (vlage) i prolaz zvuka. U radu su detaljno opisani utjecaji koji navedeni procesi imaju za zgradu, te mogući modeli njihova izbjegavanja, odnosno sanacije. Također, kao pojašnjenje provedenog istraživanja, u radu su prikazani i primjeri energetske obnove zgrada, poboljšanje toplinskih karakteristika zgrade, sanacija zbog prodora vode i vlage te način poboljšanja zvučne izolacije od udarnog zvuka.

Abstract (english)

This paper deals with the physical properties of a building and points out their importance during building design. In order to protect the building from the negative effects of physical processes, it is necessary to know them. Physical processes that take place inside a building or on their surface can be classified into three groups: the passage of heat, the passage of water (moisture) and the passage of sound. The paper describes in detail the impacts that these processes have on the building, and possible models of their avoidance or rehabilitation. Also, as an explanation of the research, the paper presents examples of energy renovation of buildings, improvement of thermal characteristics of the building, rehabilitation due to water and moisture penetration and how to improve the sound insulation from impact sound.
