Abstract

Istraživanja su pokazala iznimno dobro ponašanje spregnutih nosača. Primjenom ovakvih konstrukcijskih sustava smanjuje se ukupna masa konstrukcije, ubrzava se vrijeme gradnje te se smanjuje cijena gradnje konstrukcije. U teorijskom dijelu ovoga rada detaljno je analizirana višekatna spregnuta konstrukcija. Prikazane su prednosti i nedostaci korištenja hladno oblikovanih profila u spregnutim nosačima u usporedbi s vruće valjanim profilima. Opisan je način dimenzioniranja prethodno navedene konstrukcije te su dane smjernice za odabir geometrije elemenata i preliminarno dimenzioniranje. U praktičnom dijelu je najprije provedena analiza djelovanja. Zatim je provedeno preliminarno dimenzioniranje elemenata te statička i seizmička analize. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata, odabrana je mjerodavna analiza prema kojoj su odabrani profili elemenata. Ujedno, u teorijskom i praktičnom dijelu prikazano je i opravdano korištenje spregnutog sustava te su uspoređeni rezultati spregnute međukatne konstrukcije za različite udaljenosti čeličnih nosača te za primjenu hladno oblikovanih i vruće valjanih profila. Iz teorijskog i praktičnog dijela izvedeni su zaključci. Za konačno dimenzionirani model proračunati su priključci u programu Idea Statica, te su pomoću programa Advance Steel nacrtani izvedbeni nacrti detalja.

Abstract (english)

Research has shown extremely good behavior of composite beams in a structural system. The application of such construction systems reduces the total mass of the structure, accelerates the construction time of the system and reduces the cost of construction. In the theoretical part of this paper is analyzed a multi-storey composite structure in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of using cold-formed profiles within are presented composite beams compared to hot-rolled profiles. The method of dimensioning the aforementioned structure for all possible actions, except fire action, is described. Guidelines are given for the selection of geometry, elements and preliminary sizing. In the practical part, was first performed the analysis of the action according to Eurocode. Then, preliminary sizing of the elements and static and seismic analysis were performed. Based on the obtained results, the relevant analysis was selected according to which the element profiles were selected. At the same time, in the theoretical and practical part is presented the justified use of the coupled system and the results of the composite structure for different distances of steel beams and for the application of cold-formed and hot-rolled profiles are compared. Conclusions were drawn from the theoretical and practical part. For the finally dimensioned model, the connections in the Idea Statica program were calculated, and they were shown with the help of the Advance Steel program.
