Abstract

Provedena je analiza dva različita konstrukcijska rješenja čeličnog krovišta proizvodne hale. Tlocrtne dimenzije hale su 100 m x 60 m, s rasterom armirano betonskih stupova 20 m x 12 m. Osnovna razlika je u tipu glavnog nosača raspona 20 m. Razmotren je kontinuirani valjani glavni nosač u prvoj varijanti, odnosno zavarena rešetka u drugoj. Uz vlastitu težinu konstrukcije, uzeta su u obzir promjenjiva i požarna djelovanja u skladu s lokacijom i namjenom građevine. Analiza opterećenja i dimenzioniranje elemenata i konstrukcijskih priključaka provedeno je u skladu s HRN EN. Rješenje s rešetkom je lakše za 23 tone (oko 7%) od rješenja s kontinuiranim valjanim nosačem, ali je za izradu rešetke potrebno uložiti puno više sati rada. Razmatrajući cijenu izrade, utrošak materijala i požarnu otpornost konstrukcijskih elemenata zaključeno je da je optimalno rješenje za razmatrano čelično krovište varijanta s kontinuiranim valjanim nosačem.

Abstract (english)

The topic of the thesis is an analysis of two different structural solutions of the production hall steel roof with plan dimensions of 100 m x 60 m and a grid of reinforced concrete columns of 20 m x 12 m. The main difference is in the type of the main girder with a span of 20 m. In the first variant, a continuous hot-rolled main girder. In addition to the dead weight of the structure, variable and fire loads were also considered, according to the location and purpose of the building. The load analysis and the design of the members and structural joints were carried out according to HRN EN. The solution with the truss is about 23 tons lighter (about 7%) than the solution with a continuous hot-rolled girder, but the production of the truss requires much more working hours. Considering fabrication costs, material consumption and fire resistance of the structural members, it was concluded that the optimal solution for the considered steel roof is a variant with a continuous hot-rolled girder.
