Abstract

Dana 22. ožujka 2020. u 6 sati i 24 minute Zagreb i šire zagrebačko područje pogodio je snažan potres magnitude 5.5, nakon kojeg su uslijedili brojni naknadni potresi. Potresi su prouzročili veliku materijalnu štetu u zaštićenoj kulturno-povijesnoj urbanoj sredini grada te u području Markuševca i Čučerja gdje je lociran epicentar glavnog potresa. Oštećene su brojne građevine javne infrastrukture među kojima su i ustanove Medicinskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu na Šalati. Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je linearna dinamička analiza zgrade Dekanata i Zavoda za biologiju, fiziologiju, histologiju i kemiju. Tijekom prvih pregleda konstrukcije, uočena su oštećenja na nosivim zidovima u smjeru potresa (S-J) po cijeloj visini građevine. U prvim danima nakon potresa, ograničena je uporaba svih prostorija namijenjenih nastavi (predavaonice, mikroskopirnice i laboratoriji), dok je boravak u uredima i hodnicima zgrade ograničen. Krovna konstrukcija je pretrpjela teška oštećenja, a zbog opasnosti od pada oštećenih vijenaca, dimnjaka i same krovne konstrukcije zabranjen je boravak u okolini građevine. U što kraćem roku, urušeni dijelovi krovišta prekriveni su limenim pokrovom radi zaštite od prokišnjavanja i ostalih atmosferilija. S obzirom na veliku štetu uzrokovanu nedavnim potresom, u radu je napravljena usporedba zatečenog stanja i numeričkog modela. Cilj rada je analizirati trenutnu seizmičku otpornost predmetne građevine te dati prijedloge tehničkih rješenja sanacije i potrebnih pojačanja konstrukcije na seizmička djelovanja.

Abstract (english)

On March 22, 2020, at 6 hours and 24 minutes, Zagreb and the greater Zagreb area were hit by a strong earthquake of magnitude 5.5, which was followed by numerous subsequent earthquakes. The earthquakes caused major material damage in the protected cultural and historical urban environment of the city and in the area of Markuševac and Čučerje, where the epicenter of the main earthquake is located. Numerous public infrastructure buildings were damaged, including the institutions of the Medical Faculty of the University of Zagreb in Šalata. The subject of this thesis is a linear dynamic analysis of the building of the Dean's Office and the Department of Biology, Physiology, Histology and Chemistry. The first inspections of the building revealed damage to the load-bearing walls in the direction of the earthquake (N-S) over the entire height of the building. In the first days after the earthquake, all rooms intended for teaching (lecture halls, microscopy rooms and laboratories) had limited use, while the offices and corridors of the building had limited occupancy. The roof structure was severely damage, and due to the risk of falling damaged cornices, chimneys and the roof structure itself, it is forbidden to be near the building. The collapsed parts of the roof were covered with sheet metal as quickly as possible to protect against leaks and other weather conditions. Given the great damage caused by the recent earthquake, the paper compares the current state and the numerical model. The aim of this paper is to analyze the current seismic resistance of the structure and give proposals for technical solutions for rehabilitation and the necessary reinforcement of the structure to seismic effects.
