Abstract

Teorija plastičnosti nadopuna je na teoriju elastičnosti, koristi se prilikom dimenzioniranja kako bi se smanjila vlastita težina konstrukcije. To se postiže promatranjem konstrukcije kao cjeline koja može izdržati lokalna preopterećenja, odnosno ne uzima u obzir isključivo kritični presjek kao što je to slučaj kod teorije elastičnosti. U radu su objašnjene baze teorije te načini plastificiranja poprečnog presjeka: pri torziji, čistom savijanju, savijanju silama te prilikom istovremenog djelovanja savijanja i aksijalnog opterećenja. Također objašnjeno je rješavanje neodređenih statičkih sustava i način nastajanja plastičnih zglobova. Uz objašnjenja riješen je određen broj kvalitativnih primjera te dva zadatka. Zadacima je prikazan način nastajanja plastičnih zglobova te dobivanje kritičnih vrijednosti opterećenja pomoću principa virtualnoga rada.

Abstract (english)

The theory of plasticity is the supplement to the theory of elasticity, it is used during dimensioning in order to reduce the weight of the whole structure. This is achieved by observing the structure as a whole, one which can hold local overload, or in other words, it is not solely the critical cross section which is considered, which is the case with the elasticity theory. This paper explains the basis of the theory and different ways of plastification of the cross section when applying; torsion, pure bending, bending using force and bending using both the force and axial force. Furthermore, the solution to undetermined static systems is explained as well as the procedure of making plastic joints. Along with the explanation, a certain number of qualitative examples has been solved and two exercises. The exercises show the way that the plastic joints are made and how the critical values of loading is achieved, using the principle of virtual work.
