Abstract

U radu je prikazan postupak oštećenja i uporabljivosti zidane zgrade u centru Zagreba nakon potresa koji se dogodio 22.3. 2020. Predmet istraživanja je tipična zgrada u centru Zagreba koja je oštećena u potresu. U radu su opisana oštećenja te su ucrtana u poglede na pojedine zidove i stropove.
Napravljen je numerički proračun postojećeg stanja konstrukcije u programskom paketu 3Muri. Proračunata je otpornost glavnih elemenata konstrukcije te su određeni njezini vlastiti periodi i oblici titranja. Proračunata je globalna otpornost konstrukcije nelinearnom statičkom metodom postupnog guranja te je dobiven indeks značajnog oštećenja (IZO) konstrukcije. Određeni su kritični elementi konstrukcije i dominantni mehanizam otkazivanja.
Također je napravljena usporedba otpornosti zgrade za slučaj fleksibilnih stropnih konstrukcija i relativno krutog stropa. Na kraju je napravljen kritički osvrt na metodu proračuna i izvornu koncepciju zgrade te su dani zaključci o uzrocima oštećenja zgrade u potresu.

Abstract (english)

The paper presents the procedure for assessing the damage and usability of masonry building in the center of Zagreb after the earthquake that occurred on March 22, 2020. The subject of the research is a typical building in the center of Zagreb that was damaged in the earthquake. Damages are described and are drawn in views of individual walls and cellings. A numerical calculation of the existing damaged structure was made in the 3Muri software package. The resistance of the main elements of the structure was calculated and its natural periods and forms of vibration were determined. The global resistance of the structure was obtained. The critical elements of the structure and the dominant failure mechanism were determined. A comparison of building resistance was also made for the case of flexible diaphragms and a relatively rigid diaphragms. At the end, a critical review of the analysis method and the original conception of the building was made, and conclusions were given about the causes of damage to the building in the earthquake.
