Abstract

Glavna svrha rada je obrada standardnih ispitivanja koja se provode na 3d printanom betonu. U uvodnom, teorijskom dijelu prikazani su i objašnjeni osnovni pojmovi koje vežemo uz 3D beton. Također, prikazana je tehnologija izvedbe takvog betona te njegova svojstva. Uz teorijski dio, provedeno je eksperimentalno istraživanje. U eksperimentalnom dijelu opisane su četiri mješavine betona te su provedena ispitivanja na vlačnu čvrstoću savijanjem i tlačnu čvrstoću. Rezultati ispitivanja prikazani su u tablicama te je analiziran utjecaj vlakana na mikroarmiranje. Iz provedenih ispitivanja zaključujemo kako mikroarmatura može djelovati pozitivno negativno na svojstva 3D printanog betona.

Abstract (english)

The main purpose of the work is the processing of standard tests that are carried out on 3D printed concrete. In the introductory, theoretical part, the basic terms associated with 3D concrete are presented and explained. Also, the technology of such a concrete performance and its properties are presented. In addition to the theoretical part, experimental research was carried out. In the experimental part, four concrete mixes were described and flexural strength and compressive strength tests were performed. The test results are presented in tables and the influence of fibers on microreinforcement was examined. From the conducted tests, we conclude that microreinforcement can have a positive and negative effect on the properties of 3D printed concrete.
