Abstract

Opća potreba za smanjenjem potrošnje energije u graditeljstvu se nastoji ostvariti projektiranjem zgrada gotovo nulte energije radi postizanja ciljeva Europske unije o klimatski neutralnoj Europi do 2050. godine. U radu najprije razmatramo zakonodavni okvir kojim su određeni zahtjevi za ostvarivanje željenog standarda kod zgrada novogradnje i onih u procesu rekonstrukcije. Zatim uvodimo osnovne principe projektiranja zgrada gotovo nulte energije s naglaskom na ulozi vanjske ovojnice zgrade, zrakonepropusnosti i tehničkih sustava zgrade (grijanja, hlađenja, mehaničke ventilacije i rekuperacije te LED rasvjete) u smanjenju potrošnje energije te postupke kojima bi se spriječile građevinske štete i postigla što veća energetska učinkovitost. Na primjerima projekata zgrada različitih namjena ukazujemo na ulogu nZEB standarda u smanjenju energetske ovisnosti i korištenju obnovljivih izvora energije.

Abstract (english)

The general need to reduce energy consumption in construction is being achieved by designing almost zero-energy buildings to follow the European Union's goals for a climate-neutral Europe by 2050. In this paper, we first consider the legislative framework that determines the requirements of the standard for new constructions and those in the process of reconstruction. We introduce the basic principles of designing nearly zero-energy buildings with an emphasis on the role of the building envelope, air tightness, and the technical systems (heating, cooling, mechanical ventilation and recuperation, and LED lighting) in reducing energy consumption. We also consider the procedures to prevent building damage and achieve higher energy efficiency. Using examples of projects with buildings of various purposes, we point out the role of the nZEB
standard in reducing energy dependence and the use of renewable energy sources.
