Abstract

Obujam građevinskih radova se povećava iz godine u godinu što je rezultiralo potražnjom za produktivnijom gradnjom. Širom upotrebom predgotovljenih betonskih i armirano-betonskih elemenata montažnih konstrukcija dolazi do industrijalizacije graditeljstva čime se naporni ručni procesi radnika na gradilištu prebacuju u tvornice sa adekvatnom mehanizacijom. Armirano-betonske konstrukcije imaju dugačku povijest s mnogim izmjenama koje su vidljive i na vanjskoj površini. Zastarjele i sive površine zamjenjuju se sa mnoštvo različitih obrada koristeći teksture, oblike, kombinirajući raznovrsne materijale i tehnike. Analiziranjem procesa hidratacije, stvrdnjavanja i formiranja betonske mase, te ispitivanjem kemijskih, fizičkih i mehaničkih svojstva obrade pod atmosferskim utjecajem kao i uz pomoć iskustva stečenog proizvodnjom utemeljuju se nove poboljšane obrade. Donoseći prihvatljivije elemente obzirom na otpornost, izgled, pa i njegova mjesta primjene.

Abstract (english)

The volume of construction works increases from year to year, which has resulted in a demand for more productive construction. The widespread use of concrete and reinforced concrete elements of prefabricated constructions leads to the industrialization of construction, whereby the laborious manual processes of workers on the construction site are transferred to factories with adequate mechanization. Reinforced concrete constructions have a long history with many changes that are also visible on the outer surface. Outdated and gray surfaces are replaced with many different treatments using textures, shapes, combining various materials and techniques. By analyzing the process of hydration, hardening and formation of the concrete mass and by examining the chemical, physical and mechanical properties of surface under atmospheric influence, as well as with the help of experience gained in production, new improved processing is established. Bringing more acceptable elements in terms of resistance, the appearance and also its places of application.
