Abstract

Nedavno je podizanje ekološke svijesti promijenilo pristup dizajnu ovojnice zgrade: ona više nije samo pasivna komponenta koja odvaja unutarnje okruženje od vanjskog, nego je i dinamički filter koji aktivno sudjeluje u interakciji s unutarnjim i vanjskim klimatskim čimbenicima. Ventilirane fasade mogu biti energetski učinkovita alternativa standardnim fasadama, odnosno vanjskom toplinsko izolacijskom kompozitnom sustavu (ETICS) kojeg još možemo pronaći i pod nazivom kompaktna fasada. U ovom radu će se istražiti i usporediti svojstva (karakteristike) ventiliranih i kompaktnih pročelja zgrada te materijali koji se pri tome koriste.

Abstract (english)

Recently, raising environmental awareness has changed the approach to the design of the building envelope: it is no longer just a passive component that separates the internal environment from the external, but is also a dynamic filter that actively participates in the interaction with internal and external climatic factors. Ventilated facades can be an energyefficient alternative to standard facades, i.e. external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS), which can also be found under the name compact facade. This paper will investigate and compare the properties (characteristics) of ventilated and compact facades of buildings and the materials used.
