Abstract

Rad analizira infrastrukturne sustave suvremenih zgrada, s posebnim naglaskom na njihove strojarske, elektrotehničke i hidrotehničke komponente. Suvremene zgrade integriraju napredne tehnologije koje omogućuju optimalno korištenje resursa, povećanje udobnosti stanara i smanjenje ekološkog otiska. Strojarski sustavi osiguravaju učinkovito grijanje, hlađenje i ventilaciju, koristeći razne inovacije. S druge strane, elektrotehnički sustavi uključuju obnovljive izvore energije, napredne sustave distribucije informacija i upravljanja. Kao takvi osiguravaju pametno upravljanje zgradom i smanjenje potrošnje energije. Hidrotehnički sustavi, kao što su skupljanje kišnice i reciklaža sive vode, smanjuju potrošnju pitke vode i olakšavaju održivo upravljanje vodnim resursima. Promatraju se razne prednosti i nedostatci te donosi zaključak da unatoč određenim preprekama, poboljšano zdravlje stanara i zaštita okoliša i održivost čine suvremene zgrade vrijednom investicijom.

Abstract (english)

The paper analyzes the infrastructure systems of modern buildings, with special emphasis on their mechanical, electrotechnical and hydrotechnical components. Modern buildings integrate advanced technologies that enable the optimal use of resources, increase the comfort of tenants and reduce the ecological footprint. Mechanical systems provide efficient heating, cooling and ventilation, using various innovations. On the other hand, electrotechnical systems include renewable energy sources, advanced information distribution and control systems. As such, they ensure smart management of the building and reduction of energy consumption. Hydrotechnical systems, such as rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling, reduce drinking water consumption and facilitate the sustainable management of water resources. Various advantages and disadvantages are observed and the conclusion is drawn that despite certain obstacles, the improved health of tenants and environmental protection and sustainability make modern buildings a worthwhile investment.
