Abstract

Rad se bavi drvenim montažnim kućama za koje je u prvom dijelu navedena teorijska podloga,
a na kraju je potkrijepljena primjerima stvarno izvedenih montažnih kuća. Montažne kuće
nalaze široku primjenu u građevinarstvu, a osim drvenih moguća je i izvedba od betona, čelika
i opeke koja je u radu opisana u kratkim crtama. Proizvodnja elemenata odvija se u tvornici u
čemu leži velika prednost naspram klasičnoj izgradnji. Transport elemenata do gradilišta
neizbježan je korak prije samog... More povezivanja elemenata na mjestu ugradnje. Spajanju
elemenata potrebno je posvetiti veliku pozornost i preciznost jer ono direktno utječe na
stabilnost i trajnost objekta. Kao najčešće primijenjen materijal drvenih montažnih kuća,
odlikovan svojim izuzetnim svojstvima, je križno lamelirano drvo (CLT) čije su karakteristike
navedene u nastavku. U Hrvatskoj ono još ne nalazi veliku primjenu, već se većina montažnih
kuća izvodi od drvenih okvira s panelima i ispunom od mineralne vune. Primjeri navedenih

Abstract (english)

The paper deals with wooden prefabricated houses, for which the theoretical basis is stated in
the first part, and at the end it is supported by examples of actually constructed prefabricated
houses. Prefab houses are widely used in construction, and in addition to wooden houses, they
can also be made of concrete, steel and brick, which is briefly described in the paper. The
production of elements takes place in the factory, which is a big advantage compared to classic
... More construction. Transporting the elements to the construction site is an inevitable step before
connecting the elements at the installation site. It is necessary to pay great attention and
precision to the joining of elements because it directly affects the stability and durability of the
object. Cross-laminated timber (CLT) is the most commonly used material for wooden
prefabricated houses, distinguished by its exceptional properties, whose characteristics are
listed below. In Croatia, it is not yet widely used, but most prefabricated houses are made of
wooden frames with mineral wool filling and panels. Examples of the mentioned houses and
