Abstract

Prefabricirani armiranobetonski konstrukcijski sustavi značajno unapređuju učinkovitost i ekonomičnost u građevinarstvu. Ovaj rad analizira ključne aspekte tih sustava, uključujući njihov povijesni razvoj, osnovne karakteristike, prednosti i izazove.
Teorijsko-metodološka osnova uključuje pregled relevantne literature, analizu primjera iz prakse te usporedbu tehničkih i logističkih aspekata proizvodnje, transporta i montaže prefabriciranih elemenata. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da ovi sustavi poboljšavaju kvalitetu i dugovječnost objekata, dok izazovi kao što su visoki početni troškovi, dulje vrijeme projektiranja i zahtijevan transport također dolaze do izražaja. Prefabricirani sustavi, koji se proizvode u tvornici i montiraju na gradilištu, omogućuju bržu izgradnju i bolju kontrolu kvalitete. Različiti tipovi, poput modularnih i panelnih sustava, nude fleksibilnost u dizajnu i gradnji. Primjene ovih sustava obuhvaćaju stanogradnju, industrijske i komercijalne objekte te infrastrukturne projekte.

Abstract (english)

Prefabricated reinforced concrete structural systems significantly enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in construction. This paper analyzes the key aspects of these systems, including their historical development, fundamental characteristics, advantages, and challenges. The theoretical-methodological framework includes a review of relevant literature, an analysis of practical examples, and a comparison of technical and logistical aspects related to the production, transportation, and assembly of prefabricated elements. Research findings indicate that these systems improve the quality and longevity of structures, although challenges such as high initial costs, longer design times, and demanding transportation requirements are also prominent. Prefabricated systems, which are produced in a factory and assembled on-site, enable faster construction and better quality control. Different types, such as modular and panel systems, offer flexibility in design and construction. Applications of these systems encompass residential, industrial, and commercial buildings, as well as infrastructure projects.
