Abstract

Ovaj završni rad bavi se analizom naprezanja u tankos琀椀jenim posudama pod opterećenjem.
Kroz teorijsku analizu i proračune, istraženi su obodni i aksijalni naponi te njihova raspodjela
unutar tankos琀椀jenih posuda pod unutarnjim pri琀椀skom. U uvodnom dijelu rada objašnjene su
osnovne karakteris琀椀ke tankos琀椀jenih posuda te je dana teorijska podloga za razumijevanje
naprezanja u ovim speci昀椀čnim konstrukcijama. Detaljno su analizirane tanke sferne posude,
tanke cilindrične posude, tanki kružni prstenovi. U ovom završnom radu obrađena je
Laplaceova jednadžba kao osnovna jednadžba za rješavanje problema琀椀ke naprezanja u
tankos琀椀jenim posudama. Dobiveni zaključci ukazuju na značaj pravilne analize naprezanja pri
projek琀椀ranju tankos琀椀jenih posuda u industrijskoj primjeni, posebice u kemijskoj, na昀琀noj i
energetskim industrijama. Riješena su dva numerička primjera na kojim se računalo
opterećenje i stanje naprezanja.

Abstract (english)

This thesis deals with the analysis of stresses in thin-walled pressure vessels under load.
Through theore琀椀cal analysis and calcula琀椀ons, circumferen琀椀al and axial stresses and their
distribu琀椀on within spherical vessels under internal pressure were inves琀椀gated. The
introductory part of the thesis explains the basic characteris琀椀cs of thin-walled vessels and
provides the theore琀椀cal background for understanding the stresses in these speci昀椀c
structures. Thin spherical vessels, thin cylindrical vessels, and thin circular rings were analyzed
in detail. In this thesis, Laplace's equa琀椀on is addressed as the fundamental equa琀椀on for solving
stress problems in thin-walled vessels. The conclusions drawn emphasize the importance of
proper stress analysis in the design of thin-walled vessels for industrial applica琀椀ons,
par琀椀cularly in the chemical, petroleum, and energy industries. Two numerical examples were
solved to calculate the load and stress state.
