Abstract

U radu je prikazan postupak procjene oštećenja i proračun postojećeg stanja zgrade u centru Zagreba koja je 22.03.2020. godine stradala u potresu. Za proračun konstrukcije korištena je linearna statička metoda spektra odziva u programskom paketu ETABS 20. Kao uvod u proračun napravljena je an aliza opterećenja i preliminarna procjena potresnog djelovanja na građevinu. M odalnom analizom određene su dinamičke značajke zgrade oblici titranja i vlastiti periodi konstrukcije te su izvedene provjere potresne otpornosti ziđa na četiri vrste sloma u ravnini i nosivosti nadvoja na klizanje. P rovjer a otpornosti vršila se za potresno djelovanje s povratnim periodom od 95 godina (razina obnove 2) 2), pri čemu otpornost na slom van ravnine nije provjeravana . Nakon što su iz modela očitane pripadajuće vrijedno sti unutarnjih sila , n a temelju zabilježenih podataka napravljen je tablični i grafički prikaz iskoristivosti svih elemenata. Analizom dobivenih rezultata utvrđene su pozicije kritičnih osi i elemenata te je napravljen osvrt o mogućim uzrocima nastalih prekoračenja nosivosti . U radu su također analizirani pomaci konstrukcije, katne poprečne sile i pritisci temelja na tlo.

Abstract (english)

The paper presents the damage assessment procedure and the seismic assessment of a brick masonry building in the center of Zagreb that was damaged in the earthquake on March 22, 2020. The structure was calculated using the linear static response spectrum met hod in the ETABS 20 software package. As a n introduction, the load analysis was done and a preliminary seismic assessment of the building. The dynamic features of the building (vibration modes and natural periods of the structure) were determined by modal analysis. After that, the seismic resistance of the walls to four types of failure in the plane and the bearing capacity of the lintel against sliding was checked. The seismic action was tested for resistance with a return period of 95 years (renovation le vel 2), and the bearing capacity of the out of plane walls was not examined. After obtaining the corresponding internal forces values from the model, a tabular and graphical representation of the usability of all elements was created based on the recorded data. The positions of critical axes and elements were determined by analyzing the obtained results, and a review of the possible causes of the failure was conducted Structure displacements, base shear forces, and foundation pressures on the ground were a lso analyzed in the work.
