Abstract

U ovom radu opisane su građevinske tehnologije, načini i metode koje inženjeri prakticiraju prilikom izgradnje tunela. Objašnjena je pozadina nastanka tunela te njihova osnovna funkcija i svrha u današnjem svijetu. Objašnjeni su osnovni principi RMR (eng. Rock Mass Rating) i Q- (eng. Rock Tunneling Quality Index, Q) klasifikacija stijenske mase koje su važne za daljnje određivanje tehnologije iskopa tunela. Navedene su klasične i suvremene metode tunelogradnje te NATM metoda kao najzastupljenija i najkorištenija. Objašnjeni su procesi iskopa stijenske mase tehnologijom bušenja i miniranja te strojnog iskopa kao i pripadna građevinska mehanizacija u istima. Navedena je građevinska mehanizacija za obradu kamena (usitnjavanje) i daljnje eksploatacije stijenske mase nakon iskopa. Nabrojana su ispitivanja koja vršimo na kamenom agregatu kako bismo odredili za što se on može iskoristiti.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the construction technologies, ways and methods that engineers practice when building tunnels. The background of the creation of tunnels and their basic function and purpose in today's world is explained. The basic principles of RMR (Rock Mass Rating) and Q- (Rock Tunnelling Quality Index, Q) classification of rock mass, which are essential for the further determination of tunnelling technology, are explained. Classic and modern methods of tunnel construction are listed, as well as the NATM method as the most represented and most used. The processes of rock mass excavation using drilling and blasting technology and mechanical excavation as a related construction mechanization in the same are explained. Construction mechanization for stone processing (shredding) and further exploitation of the rock mass after excavation is listed. The tests we perform on the stone aggregate in order to determine what it can be used for are listed.
