Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je procjena potresne oštetljivosti zidanih zgrada na području Grada Zagreba koristeći dvije metode: makroseizmičku i Vicente metodu. U uvodnom dijelu rada daje se pregled potresa koji su pogodili područje Republike Hrvatske 2020. godine, opisane su karakteristične vrste oštećenja te je dan pregled materijalne i financijske štete nastale uslijed potresa. Drugo poglavlje bavi se metodama procjene stanja postojećih konstrukcija te metodama procjene seizmičkog rizika uz detaljan opis makroseizmičke i Vicente metode. U glavnom dijelu diplomskog rada spomenute metode se upotrebljavaju za procjenu potresne oštetljivosti 20 zgrada smještenih na području Donjeg grada, a dobiveni rezultati se analiziraju i uspoređuju.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this thesis is the assessment of seismic vulnerability of masonry buildings in the City of Zagreb using two methods: the macroseismic method and the Vicente method. The introductory part provides an overview of the earthquakes that affected the Republic of Croatia in 2020, describes the characteristic types of damage, and presents an overview of the material and financial losses caused by the earthquakes. The second chapter deals with methods for assessing the condition of existing structures and methods for assessing seismic risk, with a detailed description of the macroseismic and Vicente methods. In the main part of the thesis, the mentioned methods are used to assess the seismic vulnerability of 20 buildings located in the Lower Town, and the obtained results are analyzed and compared.
