Abstract

U ovom radu istražuju se tehnologije gradnje zgrada trgovačkih centara odnosno retail parkova. Dvije tehnologije na kojima se temelji usporedba su monolitna i montažna. Biti će uspoređene kroz nekoliko općenitih čimbenika važnih za svaku građevinu te kroz čimbenike koji su posebno važni za trgovačke centre gdije su trajanje građenja, prilagodljivost prostora i troškovi identificirani kao oni najbitniji. Na temelju usporedbe doneseni su zaključci koji su dokazivani kroz detaljan prikaz montažne gradnje trgovačkog centra STOP SHOP Krapina i usporedbe s alternativnom monolitnom tehnologijom iz aspekta trajanja građenja.

Abstract (english)

This paper explores the technologies of construction of building shopping centers, i.e. retail parks. The two technologies on which the comparison is based are monolithic and prefabricated. They will be compared through several general factors important for each building and through factors that are especially important for shopping centers where the duration of construction, adaptability of space and costs are identified as the most important. Based on the comparison, conclusions were made that were proven through a detailed presentation of the prefabricated construction of the STOP SHOP Krapina shopping center and comparisons with alternative monolithic technology from the aspect of construction duration
