Abstract

Tema ovog rada obrađuje suvremene načine temeljenja. Temelj je najniži konstruktivni element zgrade koji preuzima cjelokupno opterećenje i prenosi ga na tlo. Preko temelja zgrada je trajno vezana za tlo i s njim čini jedinstvenu cjelinu. Način temeljenja ovisan je o nizu čimbenika koje je potrebno utvrditi prije projektiranja temelja. U protivnom, temeljenje može biti ograničavajući čimbenik u ostvarenju projektirane građevine kako tehnički tako i ekonomski. Danas se u temeljenju manjih građevina najčešće koriste temeljne trake i ploče. U građevinama koje izazivaju velika naprezanja koriste se velike temeljne ploče, piloti i hibridno temeljenje. U radu su opisani svi načini suvremenog temeljenja, ali glavnu okosnicu činili su piloti. Oni su najstarija vrsta dubokog temeljenja i njihova uporaba u temeljenju visokih zgrada je neizbježna. U radu su opisana tri primjera suvremenog načina temeljenja: Samsung Tower Palace, Incheon 151 Tower i Japan Center.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this paper addresses the contemporary forms of foundation. The foundation is the lowest structural element of a building that takes the entire load and transfers it to the ground. The building is permanently attached to the ground by the foundation. The foundation method depends on a number of factors that need to be determined before designing the foundation. Otherwise, foundation can be a limiting factor in the realization of the designed building, both technically and economically. Nowadays, basic strips and base plates are most commonly used in the foundations of the smaller buildings. In buildings that cause heavy loads, large base plates, piles and hybrid foundations are used today. The final exam describes all the modern foundations, but the main backbone was the pilots. They are the oldest type of foundation and their use in the foundation of tall buildings are inevitable. This paper describes three examples of the contemporary forms of foundation: Samsung Tower Palace, Incheon 151 Tower and Japan Center.
