Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu prikazana je investicijska studija ulaganja u tvornicu stiropora na području Nove Gradiške. Obzirom da su zgrade najveći potrošači energije i da emitiraju značajnu količinu CO2, termoizolacijski radovi postaju vrlo važan dio završnih radova u zgradarstvu, pa tako i u građevinskoj industriji. Stiropor je jedan od najkorišteniji izolacijskih materijala, te se očekuje da će potražnja za tim proizvodom kontinuirano rasti. Predmet investicijske studije je tvornica maksimalnog kapaciteta proizvodnje od 120 000 m3 stiropora godišnje. Na temelju podataka dobivenih analizom tržišta, predviđeno je da će 3/4 proizvodnje otpadati na proizvodnju EPS-a, a 1/4 na grafitni stiropor. Tehnologija proizvodnje ove dvije vrste proizvoda je ista, razlikuje se samo u korištenju sirovina. U radu je provedena detaljna ekonomsko-financijska analiza na temelju koje je izračunata statična i dinamitna ocjena projekta. Ocjena projekta je pokazala kako je sa definiranim ulaznim parametrima ulaganje isplativo, uz pozitivnu NSV te IRR od 15,61 %. Na kraju su identificirane tri kritične varijable projekta i provedena je analiza osjetljivosti.

Abstract (english)

This thesis presents an investment analysis of a styrofoam factory in the Nova Gradiška area. Given that buildings are the largest consumers of energy and emit a significant amount of CO2, thermal insulation works have become an essential component of building finishing, including in the construction industry. Styrofoam is one of the most widely used insulating materials and its use is expected to increase in the future. The investment study focuses on a factory with a maximum annual production capacity of 120,000 m3 of styrofoam. According to market research, 75 percent of the production will be EPS and 25 percent will be graphite styrofoam. The only difference between these two types of products is the raw material used in their production. A detailed economic and financial analysis was peformed in the thesis, from which the static and dynamic assessment of the project was calculated. The project evaluation revealed that with the defined input parameters, The investment is profitable, with a positive NSV and an IRR of 15.61 %. Finally, three critical project variables were identified, and a sensitivity analysis was performed.
