Abstract

Izvijanje stupa je pojava koja se obično povezuje s vitkim stupovima, koji se izvijaju u elastičnom području. U ovom završnom radu su izvedeni izrazi za kritična opterećenja štapova sa različitim načinima oslanjanja, prema Rankine-Gordonovoj teoriji. Ona u obzir uzima otpornost elementa na tlačno opterećenje i otpornost elementa na izvijanje. Iz tog razloga se ona može koristiti za proračun kratkih stupova kojima je glavni uvjet nosivost, ali i za proračun vitkih stupova koji moraju zadovoljiti i uvjete stabilnosti protiv izvijanja. Također, radu je priložen primjer proračuna tlačnog opterećenog elementa u metalnoj rešetkastoj konstrukciji prema važećim propisima iz Eurokoda, te usporedba s rezultatima proračuna prema Eulerovim formulama.

Abstract (english)

Column buckling is a phenomenon usually associated with slender columns, which buckle in the elastic region. In this final paper, are derived expressions for the critical loads of rods with different methods of support, according to the Rankine-Gordon theory. It considers the resistance of elements to compressive load and the resistance of elements to buckling. For this reason, it can be used for the calculation of short columns, for which the main requirement is load-bearing capacity, but also for the calculation of slender columns, which must also meet the conditions of stability against buckling. Also, an example of the calculation of a compressive loaded element in a metal truss according to the valid Eurocode regulations is attached to the paper, as well as a comparison with the results of calculations according to Euler's formulas.
