Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu obrađena je tematika vezana uz procese praćenja i kontrole projekta potresne obnove zgrade na adresi Boškovićeva ulica 28. Nakon danog uvoda, u drugom dijelu opisani su potresi koji su pogodili područje Republike Hrvatske te njihove posljedice. Zatim je objašnjen postupak procjene štete kao posljedice potresa i zakonska pozadina same potresne obnove. U trećem dijelu prikazani su projekt potresne obnove zgrade na adresi Boškovićeva ulica 28, oštećenja konstrukcije, ojačanja konstrukcije koja se provode, troškovi obnove te ugovorne i zakonske obveze sudionika odgovornih za procese praćenja i kontrole. Posljednji dio diplomskog rada vezan je uz procese praćenja i kontrole u općenitom smislu gdje su dane odgovarajuće metode i tehnike. Naposljetku su opisani načini praćenja i kontrole na primjeru predmetne zgrade.

Abstract (english)

In this diploma thesis, the topic related to the processes of monitoring and control of the postearthquake reconstruction project of the building at the address Boškovićeva ulica 28 is dealt with. After the introduction, the second part describes the earthquakes that hit the territory of the Republic of Croatia and their consequences. Then the procedure for assessing damage as a consequence of the earthquake and the legal background of the post-earthquake reconstruction itself were explained. In the third part, the post-earthquake reconstruction project of the building at Boškovićeva Street 28, structural damage, structural strengthening being carried out, reconstruction costs and contractual and legal obligations of the participants responsible for the monitoring and control processes are presented. The last part of the thesis is related to monitoring and control processes in a general sense where appropriate methods and techniques are given. Finally, monitoring and control methods are described on the example of the building in question.
