Abstract

Na kolosijecima u urbanim sredinama, zbog ograničenosti prostora neizostavna je primjena krivina vrlo malih radijusa, naročito u okretnicama te u zonama raskrižja. Prilikom gradnje novih ili rekonstrukcije postojećih kolosijeka, kako bi se tračnice mogle adekvatno ugraditi u zone krivina malih radijusa potrebno ih je prethodno saviti. U ovome je radu objašnjena tehnologija savijanja tračnica koja se provodi u skladu s pravilnicima Zagrebačkog električnog tramvaja. Također, primjenom softvera Bentley Power Rail Track detaljno je razrađeno savijanje tramvajskih tračnica namijenjenih za ugradnju na lokaciji Hanuševa ulica te križanje Hanuševe ulice, Jagićeve ulice i Ulice Republike Austrije u Zagrebu. Izračunane su količine tračnica s pripadajućim duljinama te su dani detaljni podaci potrebni za provođenje preciznog savijanja tračnica.

Abstract (english)

For tracks in urban areas, it is essential to use curves with very small radii due to the limited space, especially in terminal stops and crossings. To ensure that the rails can be laid adequately in the curves with small radii when building or reconstructing the tracks, they must be bent beforehand. This thesis explains the technique of rail bending, which is carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Zagreb Electric Tram. In addition, Bentley Power Rail Track software was used to calculate in detail the bending of the tram rails to be laid in Hanuševa Street and the intersection of Hanuševa Street, Jagićeva Street and Republic of Austria Street in Zagreb. The total number of rails with the corresponding lengths was calculated and the detailed data required for the precise pre-bending of the rails was provided.
